Floodwaters completely devastated the villages leaving the people homeless and with no possessions. Two little babies had just been born at the Good Samaritan Hospital just outside Honiara and others were expected that afternoon. Our Birthing Bundles had just arrived in a container despatched by Rotary DIK Brisbane. Sister Daly and Rotarian Leanne Anderson set about distributing them to mothers. What a wonderful feeling we get when we can help someone so desperately in need!
